- 9 AM Heavy Armor Inspection and Tourney Registration
- 10 AM – Defender of the Eastern Gate Tournament
- 10 AM to 5 PM A&S Displays
- Noon –Lunch Break
- 1 PM Classes Begin
- 5 PM Classes end
- 6 PM Site Closes
